Regency Re-Hires Managing Director to Lead Pacific Region

Chandler to Manage California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington Markets for Regency

Mac Chandler has rejoined Jacksonville, FL-based retail REIT, Regency Centers (NYSE:REG) as managing director of the Pacific Region. In this capacity, Chandler will manage Regency's identify new acquisition and development opportunities for the company in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Additionally, from his office in Los Angeles, Chandler will manage the REIT's in-process investments for the Pacific region, which includes six offices and currently produces 36% of the company's total net operating income. Chandler worked for regency from 1997 to 2007, most recently as managing director of investments for the Northeast region. In Summer 2007, he started his own company, Chandler Partners, and in June 2009, he co-founded Urban One, a development and management firm focused on the retail and multifamily sectors. Chandler holds a B.S. in Urban Planning, an M.B.A. and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
