Icon Real Estate Leasing and Management Launches in Chicago

Tyson Fraser Joins Icon Real Estate to Lead Leasing & Management Efforts

Tyson Fraser and Joseph Chang founded a new retail leasing and management firm together in the Chicago market. The two both serve as principals of Icon Real Estate Leasing and Management, which is affiliated with the investment and development firm Chang remains president of -- Icon Real Estate Corporation. During Fraser's nine years in the industry, he completed more than 300 lease and sale transactions valued in excess of $175 million. Most recently, Fraser served as an associate vice president of Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, where he leased in excess of 5 million square feet of retail space throughout the Chicago, northwest Indiana and southeast Wisconsin markets. Prior to that, Fraser leased retail space for Mid-America Asset Management. Chang founded Icon in 2004. During his nearly 20-year career in commercial real estate, Chang has developed, joint ventured and acquired commercial properties totaling more than 5 million square feet and valued in excess of $600 million. Earlier in his career, Chang was a regional director of development with RREEF and a senior vice president with ORIX Real Estate Equities, both in Chicago.
