A group of Hong Kong real estate investors led by Hawaii-based attorney Thomas Foley is taking a financial stake in the Dallas area with the acquisition of office property along the Dallas North Tollway corridor in North Dallas amid a market that's breaking into high-end and less expensive properties as buyers are drawn from around the world.
