Sawyer Towers Sell for $2 Million

Massachusetts Investor Purchases Columbus Multifamily

Massachusetts-based VTT Management bought Sawyer Towers in Columbus, OH, from the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority for $2 million, or about $5,102 per unit. The buyer plans to convert the property from public housing to regular apartments.
