When search engine giant Google grew to occupy a majority of the office space at New York's landmark Chelsea Market, building owner Jamestown knew it had a tough choice to make. The Atlanta-based investment and development firm typically doesn’t want any single tenant to occupy more than 50 percent of any one of its buildings.
