A specialized provider of logistics services for wineries and wine distributors leased a newly built warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky. WSC Wine Service Co-op, a wine transportation distributor based in St. Helena, California, that provides case storage and consumer-direct shipping services for wine clubs, special release shipments, tasting room orders, and e-commerce orders, leased the 203,840-square-foot LogistiCenter at Louisville Airport II building at 3195 South Park Road in Louisville, Kentucky owned by Dermody Properties.
