U.S. Padel Club pioneer Padel Haus leased approximately 25,000 square feet in a warehouse/manufacturing facility in Brooklyn at 257 Water St., also known as 236-252 Plymouth St. for its second New York-area club location. The new facility, located near the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, is scheduled to open this summer, joining the firm's first club in Williamsburg that opened last July.
