The Dallas-based private equity arm of the Winn family office has unveiled plans to build a 17-acre, mixed-use development in the Las Colinas Urban Center adjacent to the proposed $455 million Wells Fargo regional campus, a two-tower project totaling 800,000 square feet of office space that recently landed state and city incentives.
