Local Investor Sells 53-Room Vacant Property for $9.8 Million

Adobe Communities, a nonprofit affordable housing provider, purchased the former Ayres Lodge and Suites Corona West property at 1910 Frontage Road in Corona, California, for $9.8 million, or about $185,000 per door, from a local hotel owner.
