All of the major housebuilders will continue to pass on the government's stamp duty holiday to buyers past the March 2021 deadline, a Brexit deal can still be done but if it has not completed by September start making assumptions based on a No-Deal, and controversial compulsory purchase steps will need to be taken to save our High Streets.
