Rockford Construction has sold the 125,000-square-foot, 109-unit mixed-use Fulton Place apartment building at 616 Fulton St. W. in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Winnemac Properties for $20.9 million, or $191,743 per unit. Rockford said it made the sale to recycle the capital into other projects that will continue to improve and grow the Grand Rapids market. Winnemac Properties is a full-service professional property management firm specializing in multifamily apartment communities.
