Amazon has once again preleased an under-construction industrial building in the Puget Sound region as it continues its expansion for e-commerce operations during a pandemic. The last buildings it preleased were Prologis Georgetown Crossroads in the Georgetown neighborhood and Glacier Peak in Everett, both in 2019.
