National discount retailer Five Below is expanding its presence in Long Island by opening a new store in the Woodbury Shopping Center in the hamlet of Hicksville, New York, confirmed Breslin Realty Development Corp. The national discount retailer leased 10,500 square feet, taking over part of the space that was vacated when TJ Maxx moved across the street to the Trader Joe's-anchored Woodbury Plaza.
