Silverstein Properties has closed on its previously announced acquisition of the U.S. Bank Tower, an iconic office building at 633 W. 5th St. and the adjacent 1,700-stall Westlawn Garage located at 524 S. Flower St. in Los Angeles, California. OUE Limited, a public investment shop that runs several real estate investment trusts in Singapore, sold the property for $430 million, or about $300 per square foot.
