Coming Off Strong Leasing Performance, Brixmor Looks to Balance Property Sales and Acquisitions in 2020

Shopping center real estate investment trust Brixmor Property Group reported several key investment metrics in releasing its fourth quarter earnings for 2019. Funds from operation (FFO) were $142.1 million, or $0.47 per share compared to $120.8 million or $0.26 per share in the fourth quarter of 2018. Net income was 62.1 million or $0.21 per share compared to 77.6 million or $0.26 per share in the fourth quarter of 2018.
