Financial Firm Considers Other Locations Where It Has Existing US Offices for the Expansion

It took Dallas City Council members about 45 minutes of weighing the merits of offering millions of dollars in economic incentives to well-heeled financial services firm Goldman Sachs to retain and create at least 5,000 jobs in the city at a new $480 million campus before it was approved in a unanimous decision.
