A Texas real estate investment firm known for its work in re-imagining office spaces in the Lone Star State has teamed up with a Maryland-based real estate investment company with plans to develop a speculative, ground-up office building in the Dallas Design District, adding to the duo's recently purchased holdings in the neighborhood.
