DSC Partners, the real estate investment firm founded in 2017 by former First Potomac Realty Trust executives Doug Donatelli and Nick Smith, has completed another major acquisition, paying $148.8 million to buy three Montgomery County business parks with a combined 1,320,356 square feet of office and flex space in Rockville and Silver Spring, Maryland.
