Stellae International signed a seven-year, 111,000-square-foot sublease with the New York Times Co. at 1111 Marcus Ave. in Lake Success, NY. The Jamaica, Queens-based company, which provides logistics management services to high-profile fashion houses such as Chanel, Dior and Oscar de la Renta, is slated to take occupancy this quarter.
