We are hugely positive that this combined force will provide greater resource to service our clients and most importantly provide broader expertise.”
Kevin Marsh, head of licensed leisure at Savills, added: “The integration of these two businesses, who share similar cultural values, will provide exciting opportunities for both clients and our existing teams as we grow together. The deal will also provide the springboard we have been seeking to establish a licensed leisure team in Birmingham and continue with our strategy of expanding our existing teams in London and Manchester. ”
Baker of James A Baker said: “It is hugely important to see a business and team of which I am very proud, evolve to the next stage. After over twenty years of success, I feel Savills is the right home to take it forward and I am delighted to join the team whom I have known for many years.”
