Custom Accessories Inc. purchased the industrial warehouse at 5900 Ami Drive in Richmond, IL, from Intermatic Inc., a developer of time-based energy control products, for nearly $3.03 million, or about $13 per square foot. The Illinois-based after-market auto part manufacturer plans to take occupancy of the facility next month.
