Angel Dear, a baby clothing retailer headquartered in Union City, California, has purchased an industrial warehouse from Loctek Ergonomic Technology, a furnishings company based in Ningbo, China. The owner-user sale, which included equipment no longer needed by the seller, went for $14.07 million, or just about $281 per square foot.
