Canary Wharf has recruited well-known London investment agent Stephen Pearson as director – investment rransactions.
The Docklands developer, which is owned jointly by Brookfield and Qatar Investment Authority, says Pearson will focus on capital market transactions, leading targeted disposals of assets across the portfolio and delivering equity for future investment.
He will firm part of John Mulqueen’s senior management team. Mulqueen joined CWG in August 2023 as chief investment officer.
