Towers in the City of London are perennially popular for developers, landlords and occupiers. A look at the recent news confirms that: AXA IM Alts is about to begin construction of its development at Fifty Fenchurch Street, while 22 Bishopsgate, which was also developed by AXA, is now fully let. There are planning permissions in place for a number of other towers in the City, all due for completion in the next decade.
