Colliers Las Vegas teammates Patti Dillon, Taber Thill and Megan McInerney extended their winning streak at the annual NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards.

They recently took home the award for Office Broker of the Year for the 10th straight year from the Las Vegas-based chapter of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association. The award recognizes professionals not only for their sales performance but also for their market knowledge, local community commitment and leadership within the NAIOP chapter.

The team of Dillon, Thill and McInerney, pictured from left with chapter President Matthew Hoyt, stands out partly because "their ability to drive results, foster meaningful relationships, and contribute to the community is truly remarkable," Colliers Managing Director Juan Rose III said in a statement. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Dillon, Thill and McInerney are involved with several local charities and serve on NAIOP’s Southern Nevada Community Service Committee.

CBRE won Brokerage Firm of the Year, and the Higgins Toft Zaher industrial team at CBRE won the Industrial Broker of the Year award.

NAIOP Southern Nevada held its Spotlight award ceremony at the Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa in Las Vegas. Its tropical-themed “NAIOP Nights” gala attracted more than 600 industry professionals and guests. NAIOP Southern Nevada has nearly 800 members.
