Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily arm of investment firm Crow Holdings, has opened the largest project from a three-year building boom in Los Angeles’ San Gabriel Valley. While the property will face stiff competition to fill units in the near term, increased costs have driven down construction starts countywide that may lead to a shortage of new units by next year.
