In Suresnes, at the gateway to western Paris, in a district currently undergoing transformation, Vinci Immobilier and Brownfields are co-developing Métamorphose, a 26,780 m² program. It will occupy an entire block in place of office buildings dating from the 1970s and disused for ten years. The project involves demolishing an obsolete building that is heavily contaminated with asbestos, with only the peripheral walls of the infrastructure remaining. The project is environmentally friendly, with 11% of the site de-prioritized and 8,000 m2 of green space created, including 5,400 m² on the ground, in order to renaturalize the site.
