Mexican Investment Manager Purchases 500-Room Hospitality Building

Westgate Resorts sold the hospitality building at 7470 W. Irlo Bronson Kissimmee, FL, to Inmobiliaria Carso, S.A. DE C.V for $9 million, or $18,000 per room. Built in 1974, the eight-story hotel totals 303,592 square feet with 500 rooms. The property sits on 8.97acres and is in the Osceola Outlying submarket.
