Vacancy hits highest level in over a decade among San Diego's industrial sector

At the end of 2024, occupancy losses in San Diego’s industrial sector stretched to an eighth consecutive quarter. That pushed vacancy to its highest level in more than a decade after rising 200 basis points year over year.
