The Collection at Uptown's contemporary exterior was a welcomed addition to a bustling commercial area in Northwest Arkansas.
With an architect-driven aesthetic and prime location, selecting three prime tenants helped to round out the new building's positive status in the Pinnacle Hills area. The mixed-use building, located at 3503 S. 55th St. in Rogers, includes office and retail space, a brick elevation and oversized industrial windows.
Walker Brothers, a local small clothier that's made custom suits in the region for more than 100 years, was among the first tenants to sign a lease for space at the building.
Generations Bank signed to move its new headquarters and a new branch location to The Collection at Uptown earlier this year, according to Colliers Arkansas.
The project has been selected by a panel of local industry professionals as the winner of the 2025 CoStar Impact Awards for commercial development of the year for Northwest Arkansas.
About the project: Colliers Arkansas worked with SCM Architects and Nabholz Construction on the project, which took 18 months and $13 million to complete. The building spans 30,777 square feet across three stories. Construction on the project began in March 2023 and finished in September 2024.
What the judges said: “We don't frequently see buildings in Northwest Arkansas that are truly mixed-use, and the development team really did a great job of designing and delivering a Class A building that has a true mix of uses and provides a range of office and retail services to the community," said Clinton Bennett, broker and owner of Bennett Commercial Real Estate.
They made it happen: Stakeholders included Colliers Managing Director Steven Lane; Executive Vice President Megan Murdock; Director of Development Tanner Freeman; and Investment Broker Tom Rystrom.
