Developer Opus Group has scored an industrial build-to-suit project in Owatonna, Minnesota, a town of about 26,000 roughly 60 minutes south of Minneapolis. Though the city is of modest size, the client is a big one: the automotive branch of Stuttgart, Germany-based engineering and technology firm Robert Bosch GmbH.
