Hotel openings that could shake up the London market in 2025

The capital is expected to see more than 600 luxury rooms open this year

London continues to attract significant capital for hotel development, as the city offers positive prospects in the long term. Approximately 4,000 rooms are under construction and slated for 2025, while another 1,500 rooms are under renovation and due to reopen by the end of the year. Many of these are repositioning and rebranding projects as investors look for upside value opportunities.
