Hampus Streiffert has more than nine years of hospitality industry experience, domestically and overseas in Europe and China. He joined Host Hotels and Resorts in 2019 as a manager in asset management and is responsible for a portfolio of seven hotels. His responsibilities include to develop and implement short and long-term strategies, designed to sustain or improve the value of the portfolio through cash flow and long-term asset value enhancement initiatives. He also explores and underwrites property-level ROI opportunities in conjunction with strategy. Prior to joining Host Hotels & Resorts, Hampus was senior associate in asset management with hotelAVE where he worked on a diverse portfolio of branded hotels in the United States. He also held an associate role for the luxury real estate investment trust Strategic Hotels and Resorts, in asset management and acquisitions. Hampus is a member of HAMA.
