Catherine Smagala, a director of marketing with Revenue Matters, is a hospitality marketer with more than 13 years’ experience working with independent properties domestically and internationally. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in direct marketing from Christopher Newport University, where she led her team to win the nationwide 2007 Gold Collegiate Echo Award from the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation.
