The Vancouver market is fast approaching its third consecutive year of climbing vacancy. While this does not set the market apart from its Canadian peers, it does still make it the most stable and predictable industrial market over the past decade, with a sustained vacancy of approximately 3% for the next 18 months, still well below equilibrium.
