Strengthening demand for high-quality office space has driven the gap between rents for the best and the rest in Bristol to its highest level on record. At the end of the third quarter of 2024, average rents for 4 and 5-star offices reached almost £37 per square foot, around 67% higher than rents for 1-3-star properties.
