Major Employer Completes New Headquarters in West Des Moines, Iowa

Sammons Financial Group announced the completion of its new headquarters following an 18-month construction process. While the financial services firm said initial limited occupancy of the building is underway and that it expects all employees will transition out of previously leased space by year-end, the majority of its Central Iowa workers will continue to work remotely. The company said it is planning a grand opening and have the majority of its employees return to the office sometime in 2021, but only when safe to do so.
