Investigation Finds Almost $600 Million in New Jersey Tax Incentives Could Be Recouped

After an 18-month investigation, a special task force identified and questioned the granting of more than $578 million in New Jersey tax incentives for locating businesses in commercial property within the state, recommending that those awards be reviewed by government officials and in some cases even law enforcement authorities for a possible clawback and action.
