Thinning Houston industrial pipeline homes in on major transportation nodes

Industrial projects in Houston are moving closer to major transportation nodes near fast-growing residential hubs, resuting in faster delivery times. Developers have historically targeted the southeast area, near the Port of Houston, as well as the North Hardy Toll Road, due to its proximity to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. However, with land becoming scarcer and more expensive, development activity has expanded to projects scattered across the market, often near Grand Parkway (State Highway 99) or Beltway 8.
