Dallas-Fort Worth's Office Market Reaches New High in Available Space

Slow Leasing, Increase in Sublet Space and Speculative Construction in Pipeline Contribute to Spike

As of mid-May, the Dallas-Fort Worth office market reached a new high for space available at 85.7 million square feet, or about 21% of the region’s total office inventory. That includes any available space, regardless of whether it is vacant, occupied, listed for sublease or available on a future date, and includes existing, under construction and under renovation.
