Hines has begun building T3 Bayside at the 13-acre Bayside Toronto master-planned community along the city's eastern waterfront. At 10 storeys and 251,000 square feet the structure is slated to be the “tallest timber office building in North America,” according to Copenhagen-based architecture firm 3XN, and the first of two heavy-timber office buildings at the Bayside development.
