Los Angeles Water and Power Utility Signs Downtown's Largest Office Lease of Year

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power signed the largest office lease in downtown Los Angeles since last summer, as it prepares for a major expansion as it increases spending on infrastructure and other functions.
