South Florida apartment search activity rose by 20% since the beginning of the year, even as owners stopped lowering asking rents in mid-May. The latest figures from Apartments.com data indicate that more renters are shopping around as owners hold rents steady but make increased use of concessions to take advantage of the rising search traffic.
