As part of Bank of America's larger planned U.S. expansion, the nation's second-largest bank after JPMorgan Chase is adding a high-profile retail financial center in Uptown Dallas — about a block away from The Crescent and within blocks of the planned Goldman Sachs campus in a sought-after office hub in the city.
