Industrial Rent Growth Stalls in Seattle

Annual Increases Decelerate Faster Than National Benchmark

Amid reduced leasing activity, rent growth in Seattle’s industrial real estate market is slowing. The region was one of the first in the country to see annual growth decelerate. At the end of 2022, 12-month rent growth sat at 7.5%, a significant drop from a high of 10.7% in the second quarter of the year.
