An 820,000-square-foot building that serves as the main fulfillment center for Amazon's operations in Minneapolis-St. Paul has been snapped up for almost $119 million, amounting to more than double the market price per square foot in the region. The deal speaks to investors insatiable appetite for all real estate tied to the Seattle-based e-retailing giant, which seems only to have become sharper as the coronavirus pandemic unfolds.
