Apartment construction in the downtown Miami multifamily submarket has hit a new high, with close to 8,000 apartments in the works. The area’s pipeline last peaked in mid-2018 and has progressively declined since, hitting a low of close to 4,200 units in mid-2019. But that turned in the second half of 2019.
