St Modwen Logistics, the Blackstone-owned UK industrial and logistics developer and manager, has leased an additional 76,000 square feet at St Modwen Park Newport.
Solus, the Aviva-owned accident repair group, has leased a 24,000-square-foot unit to be used as a centre for paint repairs and a separate 52,500-square-foot unit at the park has also been let to an unnamed ecommerce business.
