Space Availability Declines for Second Quarter

Office space availability in Orange County, California, has declined from 17% to 16.6% over the past six months, contracting in both the second and third quarters of 2023. Sublease availability has also ticked lower, from an all-time high of 2.9% to 2.6% as of October. Sublease deals account for 12% of leasing volume in the market this year.
