GBT Realty landed the first tenant for its newest office project in downtown Nashville. FirstBank will be taking roughly 52,000 square feet in the ONE22ONEtower, which is set to deliver in mid-2022. The lease also gives FirstBank primary rights to an additional 50,000 square feet of space in the tower if the firm decides it wants to expand later.
